Shipping to NI – Windsor Framework Information

As part of the Windsor Framework, all shipments to Northern Ireland now require customers to complete a UKIMS Declaration. This is to ensure goods are eligible under the UK Internal Market Scheme (UKIMS) and are “Not at Risk” of entering the EU.

Who Needs to Complete This?

Any customer placing an order that involves delivery to Northern Ireland must complete the declaration form below before we can proceed with shipping.

This applies to:

  • All NI-based businesses

  • UK businesses delivering into NI

  • Any orders where the delivery address is in Northern Ireland
