What is the Edge 22

The BOXTEC Edge 22 is a premium 21.5 inch self-service kiosk designed for quick service restaurants (QSR), fast casual dining, hospitality, retail and self-service environments.

It combines a modern touchscreen experience, flexible processor options, integrated peripherals and service-friendly design to increase transaction throughput and enhance customer experience.

The Edge 22 is the first self-service kiosk with integrated SoftPOS technology, and with all peripherals integrated into one unit it’s a true ‘out of the box’ self-service solution.

The NFC technology built directly behind the Edge 22 display enables seamless tap-on-screen SoftPOS payments on Android.

Powered by the MediaTek Genio 700 platform, this integrated design eliminates the need for external payment devices, delivering a cleaner setup, smoother self-ordering and payment experience for consumers.
