To maintain these high standards throughout the entire lifecycle of the product, Boxtec also strives to identify manufactures who can deliver excellent warranty provision when called upon. To ensure that our clients receive an exceptional level of after sales care in the event of hardware failure Boxtec is able to offer 3 core services

  1. If the product should fail within the parameters of the manufacturer’s warranty, then Boxtec support team will ensure that you have either a repaired or replacement product back with you in as short a time frame as possible under the specific warranty terms of the product. Our knowledge, experience and long standing relationships with our vendors enables us to advise, support and follow through your warranty claim to ensure you are completely satisfied with the solution provided.
  2. If however, a product should fail outside of the manufacturer’s warranty we will provide a quotation for repair, timescales and the cost of getting the product back to you. If repair is considered not to be economical then your account manager will be able to help in recommending the next best alternative, which may be a new version of the original product.
  3. If you would like the comfort of knowing that your hardware estate is protected by an enhanced warranty designed explicitly around your environment, operational circumstances and risk mitigation strategy, Box Technologies support team are happy to work with our customers to design a bespoke enhanced warranty package tailored specifically for you.

Boxtec undertakes repairs across the broadest product portfolio and provide an accredited repair facility for a number of leading technology manufacturers. As a result we are able to offer exceptional service and reduced turn around times on repairs, limiting the time your product is unavailable. The returns team will track the unit throughout the RMA process and be on hand with up to date information as to the status of any repair or re-supply.

The form below will help you request a returns ID number for either of the scenarios described above. Once you have received this number, return your item to Boxtec, where one of our trained team will inspect and advise of the best route forward.
