Poncho8, the award-winning chain of quick and healthy Mexican food restaurants, has chosen self-service kiosks designed and built by Box Technologies to improve customer service during the busy lunchtime rush and increase sales by reducing the amount of time customers spend queuing for their orders.
The first of the Box KX-100 kiosks has been installed in the chain’s busy Canary Wharf store and is already boosting orders at peak periods by enabling customers to quickly and easily select and pay for their own menu through an appealing touch screen interface.
Following the success of this installation, Poncho8 is planning to incorporate more kiosks into future store fit-outs.
